Experience
I have been working in the science field for more than 6 years and have 2 years teaching experience. I was a private tutor with Club Z tutoring in 2015 for students in grades 5-12 in math and science. I taught Anatomy and Physiology labs I and II and Comparative Vertebrate Morphogenisis (Animal Developmental Biology) in graduate school. I have worked as a marine biologist for the past three years and have extensive training in the biological sciences. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and helping kids get excited about learning. I not only want my students to understand the material but I want them to develop the necessary techniques to succeed in the future. I can acclimate my tutoring style to my individual students needs in a wide range of subjects. My past students have successfully risen two letter grades following private tutor sessions. I understand that it sometimes takes a little outside classroom help to drive the material home and am willing to work with my students to ensure their success.

I am a passionate conservationist, scientist, and outdoor enthusiast. I love working with kids to help them reach that "Ah Ha!" moment!
