Experience
I tutored for students at Clark College carrying out the Web Design/Development and Programming degree. During this time, I really enjoyed watching students grow and understand material based on different examples I was able to give them that differed from the mainstream curriculum. My favorite of the courses I took in college for my Web Dev degree included Photoshop, Command Line Essentials, Bash Scripting, HTML, Javascript, Cloud Computing, PHP and MySQL, Advanced PHP, web Design, Advanced web Design, User Experience Design, and business Web practices. During my attendance at Clark, I was able to maintain a 3.8 GPA while having a job and raising a toddler. I can provide help in introduction to development tools such as text editors, FTP clients, basic PhotoShop, Version control with Git, as well as building dynamic websites with HTML, CSS, PHP, and some Javascript/jQuery.

Hobbies
My main hobby is creating CMS's using PHP and MySQL which also includes using HTML, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, version control with Git, Basic command line, and CSS compiling with SASS. Puzzles and coding are my ways to escape stress. With technology aside, I love painting, gardening, and I play the banjo. Hiking is also a hobby of mine, though I don't get much time to do so anymore! I am 26 years old with a 21 month old daughter with whom I enjoy taking on small scale hikes to the park.
